my uni's being funny to me. they got me a 1.8k job for my internship but nvr called me up to go for the interview and blacklisted me in the didnt-turn-up-for-the-interview list lol.
and now right.............they're arranging another job for me. a post at GNC.
i applied for a job in GNC by myself weeks ago, went for interview and got rejected. and now they're getting me to that place. eeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i want that fonterra jobbbb. anlene mmilkkkkk! not the fonterra in china btw. hahaha. later end up producing melamine-contaminated milk.
its not that i'd like to discriminate china. they shouldnt cheat the protein content.
*am gonna prove that i studied hard for food chem last sem, though i did badly lol*
Kjeldahl method(not sure if the factories use this method), which is a method approved by AOAC used for protein content determination has its limitations in determining the protein by not giving true protein contents. as long as it has a nitrogen in the molecule, it'll be detected as another protein. hence, it's able to give a higher value of protein but does not give the ACTUAL value.
but why la they wanna put babies' lives at riskkkk for the sake of money? why isnt another method developed to give ACTUAL values of protein content?.
hope china's gonna learn from this. i'm currently banning m&m's from entering my mouth hahaz. i even banned canned mushrooms lol.
other than melamine, they had other types of contaminations that occured before. all the banned preservatives, carcinogenic substances and all.
okla i stop being so irritating ok. bye
